Ingredients:
12 oz Pro Dough Company dough
Garlic-infused olive oil
Ricotta cheese
Shredded mozzarella
Fresh parsley or basil (optional)
Instructions:
Roll dough to 12", transfer to baking sheet or stone.
Brush entire surface with garlic oil.
Add dollops of ricotta and a light sprinkle of mozzarella.
Bake at 475°F until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted (10–12 minutes).
Garnish with chopped parsley or basil.
