White Garlic Ricotta Pizza

A sauce-free pizza with rich ricotta, mozzarella, and garlic oil on a light, airy crust.

Ingredients:
  • 12 oz Pro Dough Company dough

  • Garlic-infused olive oil

  • Ricotta cheese

  • Shredded mozzarella

  • Fresh parsley or basil (optional)


Instructions:
  1. Roll dough to 12", transfer to baking sheet or stone.

  2. Brush entire surface with garlic oil.

  3. Add dollops of ricotta and a light sprinkle of mozzarella.

  4. Bake at 475°F until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted (10–12 minutes).

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil.
