Stuffed Pizza Rolls

Mini roll-ups filled with sauce, cheese, and toppings—perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (14 oz)

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • Toppings: mini pepperoni, sausage crumbles, or veggies

  • Olive oil, for brushing


Instructions:
  1. Roll dough into a large rectangle (~12x16").

  2. Spread a thin layer of sauce, then sprinkle cheese and toppings.

  3. Roll up tightly from the long side and slice into 1.5" pieces.

  4. Place in a greased muffin tin or on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
