Ingredients:
1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (14 oz)
4–6 slices of salami, pepperoni, or ham
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
1/2 tsp Pro Dough Tuscan or Classic Spice Pack (optional)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Roll dough into a rectangle (~10x14”).
Layer meats and cheese down the center, sprinkle with spice pack.
Fold the sides over and seal the seam.
Brush with egg wash and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels.
