Ingredients:
1 large Pro Dough Company dough ball (16–18 oz)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup ricotta or cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup mini pepperoni or cooked sausage
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions:
Shape dough into a round boule and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding.
Cool slightly, then cut the top off and hollow out the center.
Mix cream cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Spoon into the bread bowl.
Return to oven and bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with extra dough chunks or crackers for dipping.
