Ingredients:
1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (12 oz)
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Mini pepperoni, veggies, or other toppings (optional)
Olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Divide dough into 4–6 pieces and roll each into a ball. Poke a hole in the center and stretch into a bagel shape.
Place on a lined sheet and bake for 10 minutes until slightly puffed and firm.
Remove from oven, top with sauce, cheese, and your toppings.
Return to oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
