Pepperoni Pizza

Crispy-edged pepperoni layered over melty cheese and a golden, hand-stretched dough base.

Ingredients:
  • 10–14 oz Pro Dough Company dough

  • Tomato sauce

  • Mozzarella cheese

  • Pepperoni slices

  • Olive oil


Instructions:
  1. Follow the same steps as above to prep and stretch the dough.

  2. Spread sauce, then layer with cheese and evenly place pepperoni slices.

  3. Bake at 475°F for 10–14 minutes until the crust is crisp and the pepperoni edges curl slightly.
