Ingredients:
1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (10–12 oz)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil, for coating
Instructions:
Thaw dough and let it rest at room temperature.
Divide dough into 8 small pieces and roll each into a short rope.
Tie each piece into a knot and place on a lined baking sheet.
Lightly brush with olive oil, cover, and let rise for 30–45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
While warm, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.
Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan before serving.
