Garlic Knots

Soft, golden knots brushed with garlic butter and topped with parsley and parmesan.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (10–12 oz)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • Olive oil, for coating


Instructions:
  1. Thaw dough and let it rest at room temperature.

  2. Divide dough into 8 small pieces and roll each into a short rope.

  3. Tie each piece into a knot and place on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Lightly brush with olive oil, cover, and let rise for 30–45 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

  6. While warm, brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.

  7. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan before serving.
