Flatbread Sandwich Wraps

Thin-baked dough pressed into flatbreads perfect for wraps or handheld sandwiches.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (10 oz)

  • Olive oil or garlic oil

  • Sea salt or dried herbs (optional)


Instructions:
  1. Divide dough into 2–3 equal parts and roll each piece into a very thin oval or circle.

  2. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with herbs or salt if desired.

  3. Bake at 425°F on a hot stone or tray for 5–7 minutes, just until flexible and lightly golden.

  4. Let cool slightly and use as a wrap for grilled chicken, veggies, falafel, or deli meats.
