Dough Focaccia

A soft, thick bread topped with olive oil, herbs, and sea salt.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (16 oz)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Coarse sea salt

  • Chopped rosemary or Italian herbs


Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly oil a 9x13” baking pan.

  2. Press dough into the pan and let rest, covered, for 30–45 minutes.

  3. Use your fingertips to dimple the surface of the dough.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and salt.

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and lightly crisp on top.
