Ingredients:
10–14 oz Pro Dough Company dough ball (white or whole wheat)
Tomato pizza sauce (use with PG Sauce Spice Pack if desired)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Cornmeal or flour (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. Allow dough to thaw and come to room temperature (see thawing instructions).
2. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or pan inside to heat.
3. Stretch or roll dough to 12–14" circle on a floured surface.
4. Transfer to a peel or baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.
5. Brush edges with olive oil, spread sauce, and add shredded mozzarella.
6. Bake for 10–14 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
