Ingredients:
1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (10–12 oz)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Optional: powdered sugar icing or cream cheese glaze
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut dough into 1-inch pieces and roll into small balls.
Place on a lined sheet pan, spaced apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and puffed.
While warm, toss in a bowl with melted butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar.
Serve with a drizzle of icing or glaze if desired.
