Ingredients:
1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (12–14 oz)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Optional: sautéed spinach, cooked sausage, or mushrooms
Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Roll dough into a 10–12" circle.
On one half, layer ricotta, mozzarella, and optional fillings.
Fold over and crimp the edges to seal. Cut a few steam vents on top.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
