Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Spicy buffalo chicken and mozzarella with a creamy base on a crispy Pro Dough crust.

Ingredients:
  • 10–14 oz Pro Dough Company dough (white)

  • 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (as base sauce)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3/4 cup cooked chicken tossed in buffalo sauce

  • Optional: sliced scallions or crumbled blue cheese for topping


Instructions:
  1. Let dough come to room temperature and preheat oven to 475°F.

  2. Roll out dough to desired thickness and place on a prepared pan or peel.

  3. Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing as a base layer.

  4. Add mozzarella cheese, then top with buffalo chicken.

  5. Bake for 10–13 minutes until crust is crisp and edges are slightly charred.

  6. Optional: Add sliced scallions or blue cheese crumbles before serving.
