Ingredients:
10–14 oz Pro Dough Company dough (white)
1/3 cup BBQ sauce (sweet or smoky, your choice)
1 cup shredded cooked chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Olive oil, for brushing crust
Instructions:
Allow the dough to thaw and come to room temperature (6–8 hours in the fridge, then 1 hour at room temp).
Preheat oven to 475°F. Place a pizza stone or baking steel in the oven if available.
On a floured surface, stretch dough to a 12–14” circle.
Transfer dough to a peel or baking sheet. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil.
Spread BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2" border.
Top with shredded mozzarella, cooked chicken, and red onions.
Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Optional: Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
