Baked Dough Chips

Thin-sliced dough baked into crisp, seasoned chips perfect for dips or snacking.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pro Dough Company dough ball (10 oz)

  • Olive oil, for brushing

  • Sea salt or Pro Dough Spice Pack (Classic or Tuscan)


Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll dough very thin (1/8 inch or less) and cut into triangles or strips.

  3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt or spice pack.

  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.

  6. Cool completely for maximum crunch.
